More than 25 Dedicated RentPath Gives Back volunteers enjoyed an evening of painting instruction where they heard about United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Mission United program and their efforts to end Veteran homelessness.

All paintings will be gifted to Veterans and their families who have recently moved into their own permanent housing from homelessness!

United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Mission United program assists Veterans and their families in permanently ending their homelessness. Using a housing first approach, Mission United provides Veterans with individualized wrap-around services including housing, case management, employment assistance, legal aid, financial coaching, and other services to support their self-sufficiency.

Last year, Mission United placed 510 Veterans into permanent housing and assisted 132 Veterans with obtaining employment.
