Expanding Our Reach to Support Organizations in all Regions for the Holiday Season

Since 1982, My Sisters’ Place has provided a safe and nurturing environment for those who find themselves without a home through a unique combination of services and support, guidance and empowerment, encouragement, and outreach. Mercy Housing and Shelter Corporation and My Sisters' Place fulfill holiday wishes for the individuals and families served in their programs. Your generous support made it possible for many to be blessed with wishlist items.


Upward Bound House aims to end homelessness among families with children in Los Angeles. Their goal is to help vulnerable families lead healthy, independent lives using the foundation of permanent housing as a springboard to opportunities in employment, education, and other essential life domains. Your contributions to RPGB provided items such as cribs, televisions, tablets, clothing, and more for 25 people in transition.

South Region

In 2020, Nicholas House helped keep families safe and in their homes. They provided rental assistance to 446 families to prevent eviction, mortgage assistance to 7 families to prevent foreclosure, electric, gas, and water assistance to 197 families to prevent service interruption, and more than 1 million dollars of additional support to families in need. Your donations made it possible to present the Nicholas House with a $2,500 grant this year.
RentPather Lisa Givens anchor ThriveNation. The organization’s mission is to restore dignity and hope to people experiencing homelessness through community-driven initiatives. In 2021, Thrive volunteers distributed blessing bags, PPE, blankets, shoes, coats, and good cheer to more than 1000 individuals in 3 states. This year, they have expanded their reach to more than ten cities across the country. Your generous donations made it possible to provide Thrive with a $2,500 grant to continue its street-level efforts.

Central North

Fresh Start offers a safe, structured, alcohol and drug-free environment for women invested in attaining self-sufficiency. Services are offered to women ages 19 years and older. Fresh Start provides the home, hope, and security these women need to recover and re-establish themselves in the community. RentPath gave gift cards to 6 homeless mothers and their children to ensure they have what they need to make it through the Holiday season.
