More than 25 employees enjoyed lunch and heard from Charles Stern, Director of Basic Needs, United Way of Greater Atlanta, and Jason Willis, VP for Hunger Initiatives of Action Ministries. 16 Corporate Volunteers arrived at The Gateway Center and helped prep/serve meals to more than 300 homeless individuals with whom the agency engages on a daily basis.
In a single day, four teams--focused on solving a specific challenge for four Atlanta-based nonprofits who work to prevent and/or end homelessness--conducted research, consulted with the nonprofit’s representatives, brainstormed ideas, chose their top solution(s) and developed a presentation.

Columbus RentPath sales executive, Katie Baker, Matt Phipps and Ashley Smith, along with RPGB ambassador Tracy Barber, teamed up to help prep meals for the Mid-Ohio Foodbank meal kit program. Over 400 meals were organized, assembled and wrapped for kids to enjoy that evening.
